Terms & Conditions in renting a car with Bali Trip:

• International Driving License is required for foreigner and National Driving License for Indonesian, otherwise the insurance will not cover anything if any accident or lost. 

• Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the rental motor bike  including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to US$ 50.00

• Rental rates is for 24 hours ( daily )  and extra charge of US$ 5.00/hour for every hour the vehicle is not returned in excess of 24hours from the start-rental time. 

• Renter will be fully responsible to any off-road damages (e.g. beach, field, etc.); theft of the car or any part of it; to any consequence caused by giving or allowing the vehicle to be driven by person other than the renter. Agreement must be signed upon car delivery. 

• It is not permitted to drive the motor bike off the island without prior approval.

• Free delivery to the Airport, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran,  Sanur and Ubud area. Extra charge will be applied for remote area. 

• No advance deposit is  needed to make a booking, therefore simply completing and send us your booking and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time. Payment  upon car delivery. 

• If you make a motor bike   reservation for someone else  ( such as your daughter or son or someone you love ) and you would like to pay the car charges, payment via our secure website available. Or payment via : Western Union could be accepted.

• Car rates relate to the condition and year of vehicle. When advising the type of vehicle that you would prefer, please clarify condition or rate of your choice and book your rental car in advance to guarantee your booking.

• We do the best to provide a great motor bike , just in case  you / the client do not satisfied with the motor bike condition , wide range  of  Replacement motor bike / Substitute motor bike available  . No additional charge. 

• If payment made by Credit Cards( VISA & MASTERCARD ), there will be a 3% additional bank charge-administration fees and it must be processed in Indonesian Rupiah by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day of payment.

• Due to the low price, minimum three days rental required.
   

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars and the Special Offers valid until December 2010
